What ViduciaStudio is and what it does for you.
What is ViduciaStudio?
ViduciaStudio is a Windows app for making vertical Shorts, TikToks and Reels. Type one word, a short direction or nothing at all, and Viducia AI researches, writes, voices, finds footage and cuts a finished video in one of six formats. You review it, adjust it in the Studio Editor if you like, and the final video renders on your own PC.
Can I run a faceless channel with it?
Yes. Every format works without you on camera: a narrator reads an original script over real footage, gameplay, a film scene or an animated quiz design. You set the voice, captions, music and watermark once in a template, and every video follows it.
Does ViduciaStudio post videos for me?
No. You download the finished MP4 and post it yourself, wherever you like, with the title, description and tags Viducia wrote ready to copy. There is no auto-publishing or scheduling.
Which languages does it support?
English only today. All 26 narrator voices speak US English, and the captions are timed by English speech recognition.
Do I need my own footage, music or voice?
No. Viducia finds the footage and pictures, voices the script with one of 26 narrators, and adds music and sound effects from the built-in CC0 music and sound-effects library.
Can I change a video after Viducia makes it?
Yes. Open it in the Studio Editor to trim, reorder, swap footage, fix captions or rebuild the narration. Saving and re-rendering is free; new narration uses 15 edit tokens and replacing a clip 10.
Does it work offline?
No. Research, writing, voice and footage happen in the ViduciaStudio cloud, so the app needs an internet connection. Only the final render runs on your PC.
Formats and footage
The six formats, where footage and facts come from, and the music.
What are the six formats?
Three footage formats: Standard Shorts (a narrator over real clips), Story Mode (an original story on social-post style cards over gameplay) and Cinematic Clips (one movie or show scene, cut into a Short with your narrator’s take). Three knowledge formats: Guess It (picture quizzes), Head-to-Head (country against country on World Bank numbers) and Time Machine (then and now), each in 6 designs and 5 colour themes.
Is the footage fair use?
Yes, that is how the footage formats are built: as transformative commentary. Every video leads with an original script and narration, uses short excerpts rather than long runs, and adds its own captions, cuts and pictures; Cinematic Clips also replaces the film score with library music. Every source clip and picture is recorded with the project.
Are the pictures AI-generated?
No. ViduciaStudio uses real footage and real photos. Each supporting picture is checked by AI to confirm it shows the right subject, with no watermark or added text, and its source is recorded.
Where do the quiz and comparison facts come from?
Guess It and Time Machine use places and facts from Wikidata and photos from Wikimedia Commons. Head-to-Head uses World Bank Open Data (CC BY 4.0) and shows the year of every number. A round that fails its checks is swapped for a new one.
Where do the music and sound effects come from?
From the built-in CC0 music and sound-effects library: 18 music tracks in 10 moods and 27 sound effects, each in 3 takes. Pick a mood, turn the music off, or let Viducia choose a track for each video.
How long are the videos?
You choose a length from 10 to 180 seconds. New templates start at 50 to 80 seconds for Standard Shorts and 60 to 90 for Story Mode; the knowledge formats aim for 30 to 60 seconds, and Cinematic Clips recommends 45 to 60.
Rendering and your PC
Where the work happens and what your computer needs.
Where does the video render?
On your Windows PC. The cloud prepares the project, then the app renders the 1080 × 1920 master with its bundled FFmpeg, using NVIDIA NVENC when your PC has a supported NVIDIA graphics card and the CPU otherwise. Keep the app open while it renders.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit, and an internet connection. Plan on about 1 GB for the app plus space for your videos; 10 GB is recommended. An NVIDIA graphics card is optional and speeds up rendering.
Is there a Mac or Linux version?
Not yet. ViduciaStudio runs on Windows 10 and 11 only. You can still create an account and build a template in the browser on any computer.
What quality are the finished videos?
A vertical 9:16 MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio at 30 fps. 1080p is the default; you can also choose 720p, 1440p or 4K, though sources are fetched at up to 1080p, so the larger sizes are upscaled.
Videos, tokens and plans
How the weekly allowance works and what each task uses.
Is there a free plan?
No. Starter comes with a 7-day free trial (card required); cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Creating an account and building templates on this site is free.
What is the difference between videos and edit tokens?
A video is used each time you make a new video, whatever its length or format. Edit tokens pay for changes after a video is made (new narration 15, replacing a clip 10) and for planning tools (video ideas 8, story hooks 12, an analytics audit 25). Re-rendering is free.
When does my allowance renew?
Every Monday at 00:00 Amsterdam time, for every customer wherever they live. Leftover videos and tokens do not carry over to the next week.
What happens when I run out?
Videos and tokens come back on Monday. Need more videos sooner? A top-up pack adds 10 videos for $9; they last 12 months and are used after your weekly videos. Tokens are not sold separately.
Does a failed or discarded video count?
A failed task does not: if a task fails, or you stop a video before it finishes, its video and tokens come back automatically. A finished draft you discard does count, because the work was done.
Do I see the price before a task runs?
Yes. Every task shows its price in videos and tokens and waits for your approval. A quote is held for 10 minutes.
Do Studio voices cost extra?
Yes. A Studio voice adds 50 edit tokens to a video. The tokens come back automatically if another voice ends up reading it.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. A year costs ten months’ worth, so you get 2 months free: Starter $100, Creator $190 and Studio $490 a year.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and switching between monthly and yearly open Stripe’s page, which shows the new price before you confirm. An upgrade counts this week’s use against the new plan’s allowance straight away.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel under Plan & Tokens, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew.
Trial, offers and refunds
The free trial, the first-month offer, codes and withdrawal.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Starter starts with 7 days free, with 4 videos and 75 edit tokens for the whole trial. A card is required. Cancel before day 7 and nothing is charged; otherwise Starter continues at $10 a month (or $100 a year on yearly). The trial is once per person.
What is the 30% first-month offer?
New monthly Creator and Studio subscriptions pay 30% less for the first month: $13.30 for Creator, then $19 a month, and $34.30 for Studio, then $49 a month. It is for monthly billing only, once per person, and not for upgrades from Starter.
Can I withdraw and get a refund within 14 days?
Yes, if you are an EU or UK consumer: you can withdraw from your first paid plan purchase within 14 days. Because your plan starts right away, you get back the share you did not use: the amount paid times one minus the larger of your video share and token share used. Unused top-up packs are refunded in full within 14 days.
What is the difference between gift codes and discount codes?
Gift codes add videos or tokens to your account; redeem one under Plan & Tokens, Have a code? Discount codes take money off at Stripe checkout and cannot be combined with the free trial or the first-month offer.
Do you refund unused weeks?
Outside the 14-day withdrawal window, part periods and unused allowance are not refunded. Failed tasks are always refunded automatically.
Analytics
Public YouTube numbers and Viducia’s verdict.
Where does the analytics data come from?
From public YouTube data, read by @handle. The figures are calculated by ViduciaStudio and are not official YouTube Analytics. You never sign in to YouTube through ViduciaStudio.
Can Analytics show retention or watch time?
No. Retention, watch time, click-through rate, impressions, traffic sources, demographics and revenue are visible only to the channel’s owner in YouTube Studio, so they are not shown.
What does Viducia’s verdict cost?
An analytics audit uses 25 edit tokens, and you approve the price first. It names the channel’s biggest bottleneck and opportunity, quotes what commenters say, and suggests your next three videos.
How many channels can I follow?
Starter follows up to 8 YouTube handles, Creator 20 and Studio 40. Your own channels and competitors count the same way.
Privacy and your data
Keys, sign-in, export, deletion and this website.
Is my data safe?
Your PC never holds an AI or payment key; those stay in the ViduciaStudio cloud. Render instructions and updates are signed and checked, breached passwords are refused at sign-up, and the server logs keep no IP addresses.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, from Settings in the app. Download my data saves one JSON file with your account, plans, templates, videos and activity; Delete account erases your details and ends your plan. Payment records are kept for 7 years under Dutch tax law.
